-Mix all the ingredients together with your electric mixer until everything is combined and.

Making the Glaze

-Place your powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and 5-6 tablespoons of champagne in a medium size bowl and whisk everything together.

-use any  remaining freeze dried strawberries to decorate the donuts and give them even more bursts of flavor.

-Serve and enjoy.

Tips and Tricks for Perfect Strawberry Champagne Mini Donuts

Here are some insider tips to ensure your donuts are as delightful to look at as they are to eat:

  • The Best Glaze: It’s important to make the glaze after the donuts are done, so the glaze won’t solidify while you’re dipping. If the glaze solidifies you will have to warm it. To warm the glaze, put it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and stir it.
  • Even Filling is Key: To get that perfect heart shape, fill each cavity evenly. It’s a small step that makes a big difference.
  • Let’s Save Time: If you have a 12 count pan or use two 6 count pans, the time to make these donuts will be cut in half.
  • Champagne Matters: The quality of the champagne can elevate this recipe from great to extraordinary. Choose a champagne that you’d enjoy drinking.
  • Textured Strawberry Pieces: Crushing the freeze-dried strawberries just right gives the glaze the perfect texture and bursts of flavor.
